Cancellation & Booking Policy

At Ethereal Alchemy LLC, each session is held with intention, and time is reserved specifically for you. In order to honor both your time and mine, the following policies are in place:

Cancellations & Rescheduling

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows your reserved time to be offered to another client.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a $75 late cancellation fee.

No-Shows

If you do not attend your scheduled session and no prior notice is given, a $75 no-show fee will be charged.

Exceptions

I understand that unexpected situations can arise. If this occurs, please reach out as soon as possible. Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Refund Policy

All completed sessions are non-refundable.

Appointments canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice may be rescheduled.

Late cancellations (under 24 hours) and missed appointments are not eligible for refunds.
